OUR STORY
Genesis Silicon Valley LLC was founded by Josué García, a seasoned labor leader, public affairs expert, and community advocate with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His career began as a union roofer in San Jose, eventually becoming CEO of the Santa Clara & San Benito Counties Building & Construction Trades Council, where he represented more than 30,000 workers across 26 trade unions.
Throughout his decades of service, Josué became a trusted advisor in labor relations, political consulting, and business development. He has worked with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, labor unions, private companies, and homeowners, helping them successfully navigate public policy, community engagement, and construction project delivery. Genesis Silicon Valley was launched as a culmination of this experience, offering clients a trusted partner that combines union-rooted integrity with strategic insight.
